Sliced Bulb fennel - 1
Sliced Carrots - 2
Sliced Shallot - 1
Dry white wine - 1/4 cup
Salmon Fillets - 4 6-ounce
Black pepper and Kosher salt

Cooking Procedure:
Heat the oven to temperature of 400° F. Use a 9 by 13-inch dish (baking dish) and toss the fennel with the shallot, carrots & wine. Top with the salmon fillets; season with ¼ teaspoon black pepper and ¾ teaspoon kosher salt and then with the lemon slices. Cover with foil and roast for 30 to 35 minutes; until the salmon is opaque throughout. Before serving sprinkle with the chopped fennel fronds. The dish is ready.
